Haha ass i just finished drawing an colouring part of my illustration book. Like finally i started doing it. Zzzzz. I find them rather cute, hahah! I'm actually doing something like a n illustrated education book for kids, instead of nursery rythmes or stories. Lol, i'm someone who can't come out with creative stories. So yea i hope it will turn out good! :D On the other hand, i have not done anything for drawing essentials. Super no mood to draw cause it is chinese new year for goodness sake! Argh!!!! I guess i have to chiong chiong tomorrow after house visiting and probably gambling. Hehehe. Have to do development and draft. :( So many things to do. It just turns me off when we are needed to draw and shade like nobody's business on a A2 paper! !@$#%^$ Ok, kinda feel tired right now. I guess i will go to bed straight after this. (soon..) Went to ma ma's house yesterday for dinner, i just love her steamboat man. Awesome! Went over today again but in the afternoon. For the first time (probably in my life), i saw some of my relatives from my father's side. For so many years, we didn't even meet once. It kinda feels awkward and weird when you see your cousins but you don't know them at all. Haha, oh well. :( 1 more day to school.. Ok no mood already. Bye! Sunday, January 25, 2009
:/ my whole mind is filled with my assignments like omg. Went over to bugis (again..) but this time or rather first time with Yah hoon. :) Went to buy our papers that we need for the illustration books. I bought quite a lot of them because i like some of it although i might not use it for my assignment. Haha $$$$$$$$$$$$! Marinne came over to look for me while i'm being indecisive choosing the papers. :D Then went for my 2nd lunch or early dinner at Bugis Junction. Had mushroom wanton mee again. :) Feel like having it now again. Ok, next was Bugis street because Marinne wanted to find her sandals. Its like very crowded there, all last minute shopping. Jessie came over to join us, and headed to Haji Lane. Quite disappointing, didn't manage to buy anything there. Back 'shopping' at Tampines Mall with Jessie while Marinne went to buy nian huo. Both of us bought a perfume each. Haha, i had been spending money like nobody's business but what's done had been done. HAHA! Oh and i had my cheese prata because i'm craving for it then. Wanted to have some long xu tang but it is sold out. :( Time indeed passes very fast, tomorrow will be Chinese New Year Eve. I can't wait for steamboat over at my grandma's house. Hahaha yea, a happy post today! (ok, a partially one..) Feeling rather tired after school and shopping. Hehe, finally i can take a breath and go shopping to distress. :) I felt like i bought a lot of stuffs but actually only a pair of flats, 2 shirts and 1 dress. Spent quite a lot though, but not enough. Haha. But i can only enjoy shopping for like until tomorrow. I have a lot of work to do. An illustration book as well as drawing and shading on a A2 paper. -__- How the hell to enjoy Chinese New Year like that? :( Ok, i think i should rest soon. What a week, what a block? I had never been feeling like this before for the past few months. Its really horrible. Now, i feel so sick. I rather have flu, fever or whatsoever compared to having a bloated stomach, feel like vomiting, frequent headaches! Damn it! Feeling like more and more like shit right now. I had been doing my bookmarks since the morning and somehow im still not ok with it!!!!! Looks like the colouring is damn hard this time. I tried using copic markers, water colour pencils and colour pencils. Re-do, re-do and re-do. Worked like the whole day on it and it seems like i had nothing out of it. Talking about the trip to popular was also another ... Ah, bought some papers but i realised some of them are not really suitable. :( AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! omg i just feel like dying now. I know i have quite a lot of things that i missed out to blog, but i will do so when i'm done with my assignments. I'm now taking a break and just feel like not doing it anymore. I had somewhat finished designing my 3 bookmarks, but colouring was a problem. But now i think i had found a solution. Hopefully it works. Wanted to go over to bugis to get some paper i needed for the bookmarks, but i think it is close on sunday. :( I'll have to check out at Popular later on I pray they have it! I don't know is it me or what, i feel kinda like a gan-chiong spider. -_- And the air-con in my room sucks, i dont feel the wind. Hello, i'm feeling quite happy now. :) In fact, for these days. Haha. Just got back from Marinne's house. Went to collect my pay, accompanied her for dinner, window-shopping (Whats nice at TM to buy? z.z) and arcade. Lol. Had swensens' ice-cream on our way back to Marinne's house to catch the Little Nonya 3 minutes thingy. Sooooo, haha dear Marinne actually dropped a spoon of it at the escalator, another one on the road, then followed by myself dropping the spoon which is in my mouth because i was laughing. HAHA! Ok you dont know, only the both of us know how funny it was. Ok, then the Little Nonya thing was like crap. Had no link to it. So, this afternoon i went to IKEA with my parents to do some photoshoot for my project. I felt quite paiseh to snap and snap like everywhere i go. There's this little girl who looked at me taking those pictures and gave me a very very blur face. Lol, oh well. I think i took over 70 pictures? When i only need 6, hahahah. Had to choose then. What shall i name the concept? :/ Ok talking about work, i have not done like anything except getting those pictures. I had not drawn my 1 point perspective drawing, had not settle my A3 poster thingy. All due on Tuesday, i know i should be feeling stress now. Haha, gonna do it soon. Zzz oh my god, today was such a tiring day. x___x although there wasn't afternoon class. Went home for afternoon nap. :) Today was the open house, there isn't really a lot of people as expected. Probably it was still early? Haha. Since so many people are advertising their own school, why not i do it too? Welcome to Temasek Design School, Apparel Design and Merchandising. Our booth is at design school lower canteen. Be sure to catch our runway shows! :) Well, as a design student i realised we need to spent ALOT of money on assignment and projects! (seriously..) Eg. buying materials such as mounting boards, filesssss, printing in school.... But i realised if we enjoy doing what we are doing, the money are worthwhile. :/ Provided if you get good grades for them or else you will keep on complaining. LOL! Ok, so i handed in exercise 1 for VPEss this morning. Such a relief that its like finally over! Imagine that, it is only an exercise and it wasn't easy at all. Cutting boards, measuring, pasting and mounting. -__- As for Drawing Essentials, i almost died rendering my 3D piece of work. It is not done yet, i shall continue tomorrow during my 3 hours break.  Hehehe, just to make myself happy. Tiring day. Early in the morning had been measuring, drawing and cutting mounting boardssss. The only good thing is i improved my cutting skills. I don't dare to use pen knife in the past, haha so silly. And oh man, i wish i had a laptop. :( We need it for class tomorrow, no laptop do what? -___- Break today was fast! Haha ok had lunch at design canteen again. Saw dear jessie! =D Rest of the break time were spent doing my fabric designs haha, very last minute but i think it looked okay. Had Drawing essential class, did 3D rendering. Hoho, something is not right in my mind that made me drew a/2 tall building(s) with a lot of small windows. I don't know what's wrong with me LOL. Everyone says 'Wah, wenhui siao liao!' Haha well, since its done so be it. Left with rendering/toning with felt pens. :) (Hope i won't die doing that...) Next, we went out to draw plants and flowers. Haha, kinda feel good to draw out there. Quite enjoyable for me at least. There's only morning class tomorrow, thats such a good thing. I need to rest. Time passed very slowly today. The 3 hours break was like hell, having no idea what to do. I miss afternoon napsssssss! I had work to do but i don't have the mood right now!! !@#$%^& Have to prepare 8 pictures (have not thought a theme yet. zz), design 2 fabric designs using gradation. Ok, the happy thing is that i had finally settled the problem of not being able to sign in to msn. Wooo! So met Meva and the rest before going for direction's comm meeting over at TCC. It lasted for about 2 and a half hours. Zzzzz. Meanwhile, we were wondering if there is still lesson later in the afternoon. :/ Apparently, yes there is. Had Macdonald's for lunch. Great chat with the girls. :) Time kinda passed very slowly, just waiting for the next lesson which starts at 3pm. Am lucky that i don't have any module after 6pm. So went for drawing essential lesson. Quite a number of familiar faces, that's a good thing. Ok the scary thing is that the class list doesn't have my name! I was kinda freaked out, thinking that i might be in the wrong class. But i was rather sure that i'm in the right class, had done double checked and stuffs. So the begining of the lesson, i was feeling rather weird with all the worries. :/ So its about shading today, much like 2D art fun. (Like we are repeating the module.) But well, the first thing i do when im back home is to check my timetable. Great relief when i'm in the RIGHT class. HAHAHA! School life is back. Awaiting for the next holiday which only starts 30th March. -__- I noticed a lot of people fall sick, including me. (As usual..) Take care everybody, must recover before Chinese New Year.
